Channeling the storybook opening of Disney princess movies, I created this illuminated manuscript style design that features their favorite things in the margins: Spiderman, Batman, mini portraits of their cats, books, and The Little Mermaid.
Khan Wedding: Mirror Seating Chart, Welcome Sign, Guestbook Sign
The Khans’ elegant affair in Dallas featured a mirror seating chart with botanical details modeled after the bride’s bouquet, a modern welcome sign that also served as a minimalist program for the evening, and a handlettered chalkboard with instructions for their photo guestbook.
Michele & Ryan: Custom Digital Images as Postcards and as Cookie Inspiration
For Michele and Ryan’s Mexican-Malayalee fusion wedding, I made a set of digital drawings that reflected the couple’s cultures and favorite pop culture references.
